IDSA-HIVMA letter to the Office of Management and Budget on funding priorities for FY2014
HIVMA and
IDSA leaders weighed in with the White House Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) on federal funding priorities for fiscal year 2014. The joint letter to
the OMB urges sustained investments in ID and HIV research and public health
activities; development of new drugs, vaccines and diagnostics; and provision of
high quality health care to reduce health care costs while saving lives and
improving quality of life.
