Eligibility: Currently, the fellowship is available only to nurse practitioners who are enrolled at the Community Health Center Inc. for the NP residency program. The fellowship is designed as an additional year for the NP. The NP is provided with a salary by the health center
The Yale HIV Training Track is a three-year track and is available to residents in the Yale Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Program. In addition to the standard Internal Medicine training, residents will learn to provide state-of-the-art longitudinal primary care to a cohort of patients infected or at risk for HIV infection as part of a multidisciplinary team at the Yale Center for Infectious Diseases.
