Fellow Immersion Training (FIT) Program in Addiction Medicine
FIT is a four-day intensive, immersion training that equips incoming and current clinical sub specialty fellows with state-of-the-art skills and content to integrate addiction medicine into clinical research. Upon completion of the training, fellows will develop and carry out a research project that accounts for substance use. (Targeted audience: Clinical Fellows)
The HIV Online Provider Education (HOPE)
The HIV Online Provider Education (HOPE) program is a twice-monthly conference involving several hundred doctors and nurses in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and other parts of the world. We use an internet conferencing platform for these live conferences. Each conference is also archived for later viewing. (Targeted audience: Clinical Fellows)
IDWeek
IDWeek is the combined annual meeting of the IDSA, SHEA, HIVMA, and PIDS, where infectious diseases professionals can meet, share experiences, and develop collaborations for the improvement of patient care and public health. (Targeted audience: Medical Students & Clinical Fellows)
International Antiviral Society-USA (IAS USA)
Continuing medical education (CME) live courses are the core activities of the International Antiviral Society–USA. Courses include annual 1-day CME courses and half-day intensive workshops. The CME programs provide advanced-level courses that present balanced, timely, scientifically rigorous, and clinically relevant information about HIV and other viral diseases. The activities are designed for physicians who are actively involved in viral diseases management. In these programs, didactic lectures provide state-of-the-art reviews of a particular topic. Case or "caselette" (case vignette) presentations use clinical models to explore selected topics and controversial or confusing issues in viral medicine. (Targeted audience: Clinical Fellows)
STD Prevention Conference - Continuing Education

National HIV Curriculum
The National HIV Curriculum is a free educational web site from the AIDs Education & Training Center Program National Coordinating Resource Center and the University of Washington. The National HIV Curriculum aims to provide ongoing, up-to-date information needed to meet the core competency knowledge for HIV prevention, screening, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment and care to healthcare providers in the United States.
